We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate with that same hands-on approach. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust with my own property. We are a family operation, so if a unit is not up to standard, that falls on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
